We went for gold. We won green. Clean Design competed against 27 other Research Triangle Park companies in the 2008 SmartCommute Challenge. We telecommuted and hitched rides with coworkers for a month. Clean Design had the highest participation rate of the 27 participating Park companies, with a whopping 55% of our staff commuting smartly. Plus, we noticed people are happier when not fighting rush hour traffic.
